A team of Canadian Canoe Museum volunteers are building a 15 cedar strip canoe at Rona (898 Monaghan Road, Peterborough). The canoe will be raffled off in May. The value of the canoe is estimated to be approximately $5000. Tickets are $10 and are avaliable for sale at the Canadian Canoe Museum (910 Monaghan Road) and Rona (898 Monaghan Road, Peterborough). All proceeds go to the Canadian Canoe Museum.
